Conference Venue

The main conferences space will be the Geren Auditorium at the building B of Architecture complex in Texas A&M University. The Geren Auditorium is state-or-art conference facility that includes a large projection space and more than 100 chairs. Each chair has its own power outlet and internet connection. In addition, the room has Wireless connection. We will provide each attendance guest account to access internet. In front of Geren Auditorium, there is a large space that will be used as an exhibition space for posters. This large room can also be used to serve coffee during breaks. In addition to Geren auditorium, we will use C105 for parallel course sessions.
